Thanks for arranging the knowledgeable training. It helped a lot to clarify some concepts and how to be involved in cross-culture. Rahul has covered lots of points in this session which was new for me. The art of a young and old lady in the same frame was unique and was showing us our mindset set how we think about culture. Also if we don't know about people then how to interact with them, work-life balance, how US people respect each other... lots of points were very informative and useful in real life as well as in work culture. The program is particularly valuable for those who have recently stepped into managerial or team leadership roles and may not have had prior exposure to formal leadership training.
