Every day we engage in conflicts. These conflicts may be for short durations or they may stretch over a period of time with none of the parties involved willing to back down. They may be mild expressions of disapproval or highly intense displays of emotions. They may have a short term impact to our lives or they may affect us for the rest of our lives. Whether it is conflict with those who have been part of our lives since our birth or who meet us for just a brief while and then become strangers again, each conflict has lessons we can learn. Conflicts can occur even when the Goals of all the involved parties is the same. Not all conflict is negative, if we can manage it. Thus this 1 day workshop endeavours to teach the skills necessary to master conflict management.
